Oak Haven Properties Ltd develops residential property projects for its own business and helps private clients develop their own property portfolios. We assess the improvements required, outline refurbishment budgets and coordinate the agreed works through to completion, with close attention to expenditure, workmanship and timescales. For client projects, you retain ownership and make the purchasing and investment decisions, with the purchase handled through your solicitor and the selling estate agent. Our role is to help you understand the refurbishment requirements and manage the improvements needed to prepare the property for rental or resale.

Oak Haven Properties Ltd plans and manages residential refurbishments for property owners and investors, preparing homes for rental or resale. We assess the property, agree the scope of works and refurbishment budget, and coordinate the trades required through to completion.
Works may include kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, electrical upgrades, repairs and redecoration. You have one principal point of contact overseeing schedules, expenditure, workmanship and progress, with changes to the agreed works discussed with you before proceeding.
Rental Property Preparation
We help property owners prepare newly acquired homes and existing rental properties for their next tenancy. We assess their condition and coordinate the repairs, redecoration and improvements needed, focusing on durable finishes, practical layouts and ease of maintenance.
From refreshing a property between tenancies to preparing a home for its first letting, we oversee the agreed works through to completion. Where specialist checks or assessments are required, these are carried out by the appropriate independent professionals. Tenant sourcing and letting arrangements remain with the owner or their appointed letting agent.
Property Research and Assessment
We help clients assess residential properties against their preferred location, available budget and intended rental or resale plans. Our practical review focuses on the property’s condition, the improvements required and indicative refurbishment costs, highlighting matters that may need further investigation before purchase.
Where required, we can coordinate independent structural inspections and other specialist assessments. You make the purchasing decision with your own appointed advisers, and the purchase is handled through your solicitor and the selling estate agent. Following purchase, Oak Haven can plan and manage the agreed refurbishment.

About us
Oak Haven Properties Ltd is an Irish residential property investment company based in Monasterevin, Co. Kildare, operating across Kildare, Laois and surrounding areas.
We acquire and improve properties for our own business, with the intention of retaining them for long-term rental or selling them following refurbishment. Alongside our own projects, we help private clients assess potential purchases and manage the improvements required to develop their own residential property portfolios.
Led by founder and director Patrick Maher, Oak Haven draws on over 35 years of practical experience in high-end residential construction and refurbishment. This experience, supported by an established network of tradespeople and independent professionals, helps us assess refurbishment requirements, plan expenditure and coordinate projects through to completion.
For client projects, properties are purchased and owned directly by the client. Purchasing decisions remain with them, supported by their own legal, financial and other professional advisers. Oak Haven provides practical property assessment, refurbishment planning and project coordination, with ongoing maintenance support available by agreement.

We coordinate their work, organise schedules and monitor expenditure, progress and workmanship, giving you one principal point of contact throughout the project. Where structural inspections, valuations or other specialist assessments are required, these are undertaken by the appropriate independent professionals.
